Who are the course instructors?
Our trainers are experienced emergency service workers, the majority being serving firefighters.
We are fortunate to have our training delivered by the most experienced professionals possible, who are able to add stories of real life scenarios and offer engaging, memorable, interactive training.
Is fire safety training necessary?
All employers are legally obligated to ensure that aequate numbers of staff are certificated fire marshals. The number of fire marshals depends on the maximum amount of people in your workplace at anytime including employees, visitors and contractors.
How long does my certificate last?
Fire Marshal and Fire Safety Awareness certificates are valid for 3 years. Although certificates won't have expired within a year, we also recommend taking annual refresher courses to keep staff up to date with the latest practices and safety advice.
How soon will I receive my certificate?
We aim to send your certificate within 3 working days of completion of the course. Our certification is accredited by the Fire Protection Association, UK Register of Learning Providers and your information is protected by the Information Commisioners Office.
